I couldn't see the error attached but it seems like your fmc might have connectivity issues.
If you are using proxy or passing the traffic of fmc via firewall or sal decryption in between, you can try bypassing them or make sure following urls are explicitly allowed.
Service.brightcloud.com port 80
Database.brightcloud.com port 443
Tools.cisco.com for smart license port 443
