Firepower FTD lost management

Hi, 

 

We realized that we can not access to a sensor FTD. The sensor was unreachable from FMC and running ssh directly to FTD didnt work, traffic was being treated fine by this FTD.  There were no any new events in FMC about this sensor. It seems like MGMT proccess was stuck.

We restarted the sensor and now its ok, but we would like to know why this sensor stuck???? any way to know it?

You would be best off opening a TAC case for this question.

 

If the answer is discernible, it probably requires detailed examination of the logs on the sensor.
