I'm trying to do an update on a Firepower Management Console (Virtual Machine running on Linux KVM) for version 6.2.1 to 6.2.2
I have started the Readiness check for the update and it ran for about 2 hours and produced the following error:
Readiness Check For version: 6.2.2-81
encountered object 'Update Installation Failure: Unable to Detect Detached Startup at /usr/local/sf/lib/perl/5.10.1/SF/Update.pm line 1496. ', but neither allow_blessed nor convert_blessed settings are enabled
It has now been showing that error, and running the task for over 72 hours. I have rebooted the Firepower Management Console virtual machine, restarted the web interface service and checked everything I can. I don't think it is actually doing anything. I wonder if I should proceed with the update (I have a good backup already) or work with TAC to try to remove that task first?
Any way to manually kill/cancel a task like this?
EDIT: Never mind, just saw this posting!
