Firepower devices uses 2 types of appid detections. One is OpenAppId (which is not the primary one) and the other one is proprietary.
Now, if that service is not listed in the rule's application ids list, and it's necessary to have it identified in your network you can:
- try to create a customer detector and feed it with relevant traffic - this way it will be identified.
- open a TAC case and request an enhancement for this web application.
