I know that the Firepower is not the best at discovering the OS, and that closer it is to the host, than better it gets. But besides that point:
1. what does the Confidence value means under the "Operating System Identity Information' window means
2. it's 16 out of what?
3. What is the scale and what would be other possible values I could see?
As an example, another host was discovered to be a Windows OS and doesn't have that column of 'Confidence' since there is only 1 OS discovered.
