Hi

I have an issue with the URL Filtering Update on a Management Center. In /var/log/messages I have the followings entries:

Nov 22 10:30:22 SRVFMC01 SF-IMS[4762]: [4858] CloudAgent:CloudAgent [WARN] GetDatabaseUpdate( ) reported -1.
Nov 22 10:30:27 SRVFMC01 SF-IMS[4742]: [4933] SFDataCorrelator:MySQLEvent [INFO] Status: 5 active partitions, 5 output threads, 21 prepared statements, 1 key buffers (2 peak)
Nov 22 10:30:27 SRVFMC01 SF-IMS[4742]: [4933] SFDataCorrelator:MySQLEvent [INFO] Stats: db execute 8.255 sec, db wait 0.017 sec, insert wait 10.241 sec
Nov 22 10:30:34 SRVFMC01 SF-IMS[4762]: [4858] CloudAgent:CloudAgent [ERROR] **One or more of the downloaded files has a bad checksum 1

I checked DNS, Connection, ... everything seems to work fine. All other updates works also as expected.

Current version:

Software Version   5.4.1.8
Operating System Version 5.4.0

Last URL Filtering Update: 2016-11-20 02:26:40

This happens with the automatic update, as well as when I try to do a manual update.

Thanks for any hint.

Best Regards, Daniel

1) Are you using a proxy to download url filtering database?

2) Can you start a url filtering update and post the output of the following commands afterwards:

Wait ~ 30 minutes before executing the following commands after triggering update via FMC UI

root@firesight:/# tail /var/log/urldb_log
root@firesight:/# cat /var/log/messages | grep -E "CloudAgent.*bcdb"
root@firesight:/# cat /var/log/messages | grep -E "sftunnel.*bcdb"
root@firesight:/# ls -lah /var/sf/cloud_download/
root@firsight:/# cat /etc/sf/bca.conf
