FireSight/FirePower Management Console appliance not serving website

I have an appliance where the GUI was not responding.  We rebooted the VM and still had issues.  TAC has suggested that we may have hit this bug and that there is not a fix.  It appears to be something with the MySQL databases.  Has anyone seen this before or know of any commands to run in the console to attempt to check/fix the MySQL databases associated with the appliance?

I was under the impression that since it was a VM appliance for management, it was not critical but now they are saying that the policies are stored in the appliance and they cannot be imported from your existing firewalls back into a newly rebuilt one.  Essentially, policy management is a push only.  We went back to our last backup of the VMware appliance but it has the same condition.  Just trying to determine if there is any way to recover this VM or the policies that we created and deployed to our ASA or if I have to start over from scratch...
