Can a FireSight FS750 Management Control Center do a backup of the actual Firewall configuration (not the Firepower)..

No. It only manages the Firepower (service or module) running on the ASA Firewall, not the ASA itself. You would need to use the ASDM to obtain backup of the configuration.
