Firewall (Cisco asa 5506-X) is not pinging to Switch (cisco 3560) and vice versa.

Firewall Brief configuration overview below :-

1. Static route is configured.

2. ICMP is allowed

3. both subnets of switch are allowed on firewall

4. Firewall LAN interface 192.168.10.2/24

5 Permit both subnets of of switch (192.168.10.0/24 & 192.168.20.0/24)

Switch configuration overview:-

1.  2 Vlans created (vlan10 and vlan20)

vlan10- 192.168.10.254

vlan20- 192.168.20.254

2. IP routing enable working fine.

Still unable to ping from firewall to switch and vice-versa. Please suggest

Hi. Please do “sh MAC address-table vlan 10” in switch. Also how you configure ASA?
