You will need a different public IP for each service.

ftp.abc.com is 1.1.1.2

ftp.xzy.com is 1.1.1.3

You could also port translate, but that may be too confusing for your customers. It would look something like this.

ftp.abc.com is 1.1.1.2 port 10020

ftp.xzy.com is 1.1.1.2 port 11020

Note that it uses the same IP, but different ports, which are non-standard.

Hope it helps.

so there no cisco device or devices that can do this without port number changing?

None of the firewalls I've ever worked with can do it.
