Hi

FMC ver 6.2.2 and FTD cluster ver 6.2.2. FMC shows wrong status of cluster nodes. It displays both as active when they are not.

Any help please?

Thanks

Is it a cluster or an HA pair? In a cluster we do expect all members to be active.

Hi Marvin

It's an active-standby HA pair.

Last Failover at: 01:57:57 UTC Jun 11 2018
This host: Secondary - Standby Ready
                Active time: 41714 (sec)
                ...............
        Other host: Primary - Active
                Active time: 38161 (sec)
                slot 0: FPR-2110 hw/sw rev (49.46/9.8(2)3) status (Up Sys)
         ...............

Thanks

I don't have a pair in production but just did a lab two weeks ago and it used 6.2.2 as well. In that case the FMC display matched the unit status.

You may be hitting a bug - I'd open a TAC case (though be prepared that they might tell you to upgrade to 6.2.3).

If you don't have support, you might try breaking the pair and then rejoining the Secondary unit to it.

Hi

It seems Cisco just released a bug for the problem.
