FMC device upgrade already running

Hi Guys,

I have upgraded the 2 HA Fmc to 7.01 and started deploying to the Ftd’s it completed ok but I got disconnected from the Fmc and had to log in as a different local user. , After I did that I tried deploying an upgrade/patch to another device but now it says the other account is already running an upgrade, cancel or finish before you can deploy any more. I can’t see a way of finishing what it thinks is an existing completed deployment. How can I finish the deployment if I can’t log in as the other user, I have tried restarting the Fmc services and rebooted the box but it still thinks there is an upgrade running. How do I get rid of it.

We sometimes see an error like this when the database gets corrupted. It is best to open a TAC case to troubleshoot such errors.

If you try to fix the db errors manually it can make things worse if you don't do it exactly correctly.

Hello, whenever I see this error, you can easily just go to the updates section fine the patch or upgrade your needing to install and on the far right press the icon that says push or stage and this will bypass that error.
