fmc giving error when downloading AD users?

i have fmc 6.4 and ftd 2110

fmc was downloading users fine for couple of weeks untill i started getting this error whenever i try to download users from the AD "Unable to download users/groups unable to fetch user attributes for the follwoing users:john. error: domain name unavailable" , please help

Have you checked under System->Integration->Realm Configuration and check the "Directory Username".  The format should be user@domain.

i solved it , in the fmc under realms i deleted the user causing the issue and saved and now i can download users again normally

it turns out i need to delete the user which is mentioned in the error under the fmc realm , it will remove the error and i can sync ad users again fine
