I'm going to migrate FMC 2600 to FMC 2700 . it was mentioned that as a prerequisite (Ensure that the source management center manages only threat defense devices with Version 7.0.x.) . but my managed devices working with 7.2.8 , Is that means the migration script will not work ?

I think that note is meant to say you can't have FTD managed by the 2600 FMC with older release than version 7.0.x. So you should be good to go. In fact, in the following link the note is a bit clearer in the limitations section.

I see issue before that ftd 1100 can not be mgmt by fmc with specific ver.

What ftd you have ?

To more check' dont depend on fmc doc' read ftd release note or config guide.
