FMC Running Config in the Backup file

Hi all.

I've been facing a dilemma in which we are trying to determine where and how a security policy was deleted. I cannot see it in the audit logs for the past 5 months.

Luckily, we have daily backups of the fmc. I am thinking this could be helpful.

Can i see the running config here in this backup file? I am curious if the list of policies can be viewed here.

gDay @sheljisaifor and the fmc daily backups will help. The backup contains the full Fmc configuration, including policies, objects, and deployments. But can’t view it like a normal running-config, but you can restore the backup to a lab fmc or a separate VM, as i usually do.... and check whether the policy existed at that point in time.......
