Hello i am running FMC 7.2.0 with VDB 361. After the VDB was updated to 361, we had an issue with a URL that was previously working. This URL domain was being blocked under a Policy Rule for Application blocking on Category "Burnbook". This URL has nothing to do with this category so under Connection events i right clicked and added the URL to the Global Do-not-block-list for URL's. This action does not seem to bypass/whitelist this URL domain. My question is should it? or is Policy Rules and Security Intelligence two different features and a Global do-not-block list will not look at Policy Rules for bypass?
