FMC sizing for VM

Hi,

I Do have one problem described below:
customer is asking for centralised policy management for 58 firewalls. and that management center must be the virtual machine. then here problem comes into picture based on datasheet of FMC for virtual management center we have options like 10,15,25 then 300. can anyone help me for this problem

You have to use the FMCv300 (or cdFMC with is SaaS) to manage that many firewalls with a hardware appliance from one FMC instance.

It's not so much that is is licensed for 300 firewalls, but more that the scale of the resources it uses provides for up to 300 managed devices.

License to manage 58 fpr need fmc300.

I think you can not merge multi license in one vfmc.

Is that what you ask.

Is that all the FTD in one place ? Managing that many FTD i suggest to have cluster of FMC, also if they are geolocation based you can also design same way.

If that FTD not going to more than 58+10% , then then i go with 25 X2 and 15x 1 to accomindate.
