Fmc Smart Licensing

Hi, I have firewalls managed from an FMC, and is registered to smart licensing account. However, currently I can't deploy any changes to the ftds  displaying the error attached on the screenshot saying export feature is disabled on smart licensing account

@Dkiptoo hi, make sure your FMC is bound with valid smart license account. if that's already done, check if there is any connectivity issue with cisco smart license services and fix it if any.

Connectivity is fine and the smart licensing account is valid, infact we have an active licence purchased and other devices are active.

De-register your FMC and then re-register using a new token generated in your Smart Account. When creating the new token, be sure to select the box to allow export-controlled features.
