I have deployed FMCv 6.3 in Amazon web services, configured the initial settings like password change, DNS, Domain, EULA agreement and applied the changes. I Created an AMI with these settings. When I launch the AMI as instance in amazon ec2, it failed to pass the status check(1/2 check) and got the error "" as instance reachability has not been passed. Whereas when I create AMI without these settings, I was able to see instance pass the status check without any issue. FMCv 6.2.2 works fine with these settings. I am having this problem only with FMCv 6.3.When asked aws support about this, they said that aws architecture doesn't have isssue with this. That it is because of some specific parameter the Vendor has enabled on their product so that it is not possible to make further AMIs of their product. So can anyone please tell what I am missing here or point out why this could happen?
