FPR 2140 Image issue

I am facing an issue while uploading the image in FPR 2140, its showing me the below error.

Please guide/help.

It appears you are trying to reimage to FTD. Are you following this procedure?

Yes sir, I am following the same procedure, but in my case there is no OS in my device. 

My spa file always get uploaded from TFTP's side but it never shows in my FPR, As per my findings i think my device doesn't have the FXos or its corrupted.
