FTD Blocking Exchange ECP while allowing OWA

did anyone find how to use FTD block the Exchange ECP and allow OWA from external?

I tried to use block the URL "https://exchange.domain.com/ecp", but it did not work... I saw just  this URL "https://exchange.domain.com/", there is no ecp or owa from  "connections-->sessions"...

we have just base license...

Are you decrypting the SSL/TLS sessions inbound to your Exchange server? Without that you won't be able to drill into the URI since it will be encapsulated within SSL/TLS by that point in the client-server conversation.
