FTD -How to using AMP without Internet connection

Dear all,

I have a network which in this Netwrok my FTD isnt connected to internet because of some security issues. As far as I know, to use AMP, our FTD has to be connected to Cisco cloud. In this scenario, my FTD isnt connected to cloud and the rules that I wrote for malicious files arent working and my clients can download these files easily.

What could be the solution in this scenario?

But I would like to know if there is built-in AMP on FTD or FMC without internet connection and private cloud solution?
