We are experiencing an issue where, if one of the members of our firewall cluster, for example, the passive member, reboots, after the HA is restored, the active member loses the user identity information collected from the passive identity. In case of an ordinary Failover everything remains, no issues, but when a reboot happens everything is lost that related to the USer ID which is received by the FMC from ISE through pxGRID. ISE collects these infos from the LDAP servers via WMI.
Is this a normal behaviour or a bug?
