FTD ssl handshake error when registering

Hello

is there a way to change the local time on an ftd from cli? Problem I am having is I am not able to register ftd from an ipsec tunnel. Both FTD and fmc are in different timezones.

The system clocks keep time in UTC and thus we don't need to change timezone.

FMC timezone settings are per user for use in displaying events etc. in the GUI. Changing it doesn't affect the system clock as shown below:
