FWSM Lockout

I apear to have locked myself out of a FWSM contect.. When I connect from the FWSM itself with changeto context <NAME> If get the <NAME># prompt, but if I try conf t from here I get

Fallback authorization. Username 'enable_15' not in LOCAL database

I was trying to confihure AAA connectivity, but there are no connection attempts on the AAA server.. This is a live context, and I dont have a copy of the configuration, so any help appreciated

I found that the context whilst live, is not in regular use. So I deleted the context, and re-added it with the same config file and that seems to have resolved the issue.. I would still like to know if there is another backdoor method out of interest, so any responses appreciated.
