FWSM upgrade 2.3(3) to 4.0(3)

Anyone has any hints or tips to share about v2 to v4 upgrade? or upgrades to v4 in general?

We plan to just boot into the backup partition cf:5, setup basic network and then copy the fwsm code and current config over and reboot.

Appreciate any helpful info.
