HI Team,

We have ASA 4120 running in active/active setup and have contexts running on both boxes.

We are getting below error on standby box when running dir disk0

Any one can help ?

Contact TAC and have them review the appliances. this may possibly end up as RMA.

Hi sureshvn1981@gmail.com,

Since you mentioned you are running multi-context mode, could you please try to execute this command from system context only? Regular context doesn't have option to read disk, unless you explicitly mapped it to context. If you are able to read from disk from system context, then all is good with your HW. You would still need to map disk to specific context with something like:

context mycontext
 storage-url private disk0:/myfolder mydiskname
BR,

Milos
