Global password change through RWAN server

Hi,

I want to change the password globally for 900 cisco routers through RWAN server, presently we are not configured no taccas, no aaa, no radius, pls help the configuraiton part to chage the telnet password and enable password for cisco router through RWAN server and through scheduled job.

You will have to use Netconfig, which is part of RME
