Help! my Polycom video unit behind asa can't work well!

CISCO Expert,right now!my polycom video unit is behind ASA 5510(Version 7.2(4) )and i just use static command to binding this unit to a global address,But I found that the POLYCOM Video unit not work with another POLYCOM device to establish normal data communication,However, if the firewall removed, equipment, communication between all normal,I ask how can I solve this problem?

The Polycom units open other "data" paths within the H323, H225 standards.

If you are limiting/blcking outside to inside traffic - you will be blocking communication streams.

Check your config, read the Polycom docs on getting VC untis working thru firewalls.

You may also want to check if the VC units are configured for NAT, if not this will also cause problems.
