Hello. We are looking for a freelance / temp network engineer to help us accomplish some FW tasks, including setting up a vpn tunnel.
Not sure if this is the correct channel for this, but I would appreciate your help.
Our NOC is in Sunnyvale, apparently the FW cannot be ssh, unless rebooting. We have a managed network resource provided by our NOC provider, but I would pretty much like the opinion of an expert asap, as we also have availability issues now, we have not been able to have ports open and vpn tunnel up for more than a month.
Would greatly appreciate any help provided, we would ideally need someone to be able to go directly to our NOC.
