What in particular did you want to know about disaster recovery that that guide doesnt cover? It provides information on how to break/disable the HA pair and verify the status. In the event you need to rebuild you follow the steps from the start again.

At the time, we have 3 Data Centers, and we want to be sure that for some reason we have a problem with two Data Centers, the third will take over all traffic.
