i would recommend getting at least the 3030 vpn concentrators (1 pair, for redundancy). Then use Pix firewalls at the central site, so all remote hotels will go back to the main site to get to the Internet. I would use the Pix 525 for supporting the number of internal networks. I would number each remote hotel with a 10.X.X.X /24 subnet (you can create enough subnets for this network out of the reserved 10 network. I would use /24 (255.255.255.0) subnet masks at each of the 134 sites (this allows for up to 254 nodes). Each hotel room (and conference room) (would be wired with cat 5 cable), and I would use DHCP to assign people IP addresses at every hotel. Now, a person gets to their room, plugs their laptop into the network.
This would be a giant hub-and-spoke design, with the main site being the hub. I would 128K ISDN (or faster fractional T-1's / E-1's) at each hotel, or a Full T-1/E-1, if the annual budget allowed.
