I’m using AnyConnect through my company VPN. It is set up to use a One Time Passcode, which was working fine.
When I switched monitors, the One-Time Passcode window was somehow moved off the window. Now, when I go through the VPN connection process, I am unable to enter a One-Time Passcode; so the connection attempt times out and reports “Check Internet Connectivity.” How do I get the One-Time Passcode window back on my main screen. I am using a MacBook Pro with latest version of AnyConnect.
1. Open AnyConnect
2. Select my VPN and click “Connect”
-> Window pops up for my password
3. Enter valid password and submit it
-> No window pops up for my One-Time Passcode. Or if it does, then it is off-screen.
I have tried switching to Mirrored Display mode. I have tried rebooting. The window just isn’t visible anymore, which makes it impossible to complete the VPN connection sequence.
