Hello Guys,
We need help with this issue:
We are a ISP and we have a lot of customers. We have two types of customers:
1-) Dedicated customer - This customer have a dedicated uplink (Upload and Download). We have Class-Map and Policy-map configured to limit.
2-) Shared Customer - This customer have a shared uplink, for example, we provide 50Mbps and three customers are sharing these bandwith themselves.
The question is:
Is possible to configure only 50Mbps and put these customers to share this connection?
Thank you guys.

Hi Syeda,
Thank's for everything. I used the shape configuration on my interface and limit the bandwidth in 50Mbps, Download and Upload Bandwidth starting at 50Mbps and it varies for less.
Following the configuration:
The first step is configure the Police-Map, as follow:
policy-map TEST_BANDWIDHT
class class-default
user-statistics accounting
police input 10000000
police output 10000000 15000000
After, apply using service-policy for interface desired:
service-policy TEST_BANDWIDTH interface cli_dc_service_vlan11
