Hi,
The \\server\c$\Program Files\CSCOpx\log has numerous files that have been increasing in size. Some are over 300mb. The jrm file is 3.2gb. How can I reduce the size of these files? Can they be deleted?
Thanks.

In the CSM client under Tools > Administration > Debug you can decrease the logging level if it is deep.
I hope it helps.

Hello,
in addition to what Panos suggest, you can go ahead and delete the logs manually (disable the debug will not decrease the current size).
Before doing it, rename the current log file as .old and create an empty file with the same name (or restart the CSM deamon manager so the file can be recreated).
If after disabling the debug, you still see the logs growing, it might be a symptoms of something happening in the system (although it might not be critical).
If that is the case, please post a copy of the latest jrm.log (please post when it is still small ) or open a TAC SR so we can investigate further.
Thanks
Stefano
