Anyone knows how I can configure sip over tls (port 5061) on the FWSM where the fw module can open up the (S)RTP udp ports between the voice/video clients dynamically as a result of the SDP negotiation in the SIP session?

I don't believe SIP over TLS is supported on FWSM. If you use just SIP, it would be able to negotiate for the SRTP UDP ports.
