http not working to PIX 515

It was working last week, and it works for others still today, but from my PC I receive the following:

exception:java.security.AccessControlException: access denied

Our PC tech did something to my system trying to make me an Administrator, and it has NOT worked since. I have gone out to Sun.com and downloaded the latest runtime version of Java, to no avail.

Any Suggestions.

The problem is a bug in the Sun Java 1.5.x edition, downgarde to JDK Version 1.4.1_02 and everything will work again.

I found the earleir discussion a few pages down and just downgraded my Jave, and All Is Well...
