IDSM image upgrade issue

Hi,

I can reach my FTP server system from my IDSM. but unable to upgrade..When ever i m trying to upgrade i am getting timed out..Kindly help me out in this..

Try resetting(Reboot) the sensor which may solve the issue.Can you provide thw current image that you are using and also the output of "show tech" which will hepl us in identifying the issue if it exists after a reboot.

Thanks for ur response.Solved problem once changed FTP server. There was a Problem with my FTP server only..
