Which command is used for checking the monitoring method sed in IDSM say SPAN, RSPAN, VACL...

You have to look at the switch configuration to check the configuration. From the IDSM side alll three are equal.
SPAN/RSPAN can be verified by entering the following on the switch:
show monitor session
and
show run | inc intrusion
