I have a Site 2 Site VPN set up from my office to my home. One of my applications uses multicast to communicate with a server on the other end of the VPN. Is there anyway I can enable IGMP over my VPN connection??

The IPSec, in IPSec Direct Encapsulation doesnt support multicast

In order to get Multicast enabled across the VPN you need use GRE
