If we need to answer question
Which of the following encrypts the traffic on a leased line?
SSH protects only management access to the device but always encrypts traffic - we cannot have SSH without encryption
For VPN - encryption is not mandatory / but is rarely used without it/ - so we can have VPN without encryption
If question is What is best solution of securing leased line based than answer would be VPN (with strong encryption algorithm)

Cisco routers also support Anyconnect SSL VPN .. The securityk9 feature set is required to use the SSLVPN features

Hi we like to use N5548 and N5020 in same VPC.. Is it possible.. or must be switches of same type We did configuration and VPC is formed... just VPC consistency check shows type 2 errors for some Network Qos stuff Do you see it as issue? thanks

Hi Bicky, no worry as soon as all devices are connected in one switch in same VLAN.. all traffic stay in this switch and other switches or uplinks are not affected msir

Hello I need limit bandwidth on Cisco 3750 using command srr-queue bandwidth limit However i need limit speed around 30 Mbit sec.. interface is 1 Gig.. My question is if I force speed on interface to 100 Mbit and apply command srr-queue bandwidth limit 30 will i get desired 30 Mbit??.. in other words is limit calculated from HW speed of interface (1 Gig) or from actual speed (100Mbit) ?? thanks msir

All your points are correct as adition to this i would suggest implement out of band access to devices.. is usually done by connection device to management network to interface dedicated only for managemet.. ASA has mgmt interface on Switches you can use routed interface on Routers spare, unused interface.. Hello we have three separated network segments going to one Cisco 3750 switch all is L2 .. from this switch is 100 mbit uplink we need to apply some Qos mechanism not to saturate line by traffic from one network.. Configuration from various reason CANNOT be done on switch where 100Mbit line is terminated.. so all must be done on SW1,2,3 Correct me if iam wrond but as switches doesnt see traffic from other network iam affraid only think we can do is limit bandwidth on links going into SW1,2,3 to 33 Mbit I found commad srr-queue bandwidth limit But links going to SWs are 1Gbit so if i force bandwidth to 10% (minimum what command allows) its 100 Mbit.. If I force speed on those links to 100Mbit and than apply srr-queue bandwidth limit to 30%.. doest it work.??. Will srr-queue bandwidth limit speed to 30Mbit?? Or srr-queue bandwidth limit is calculated from maxim speed of interface?? Thx in advance

Hello We have multiple SSIDs and i need block one particular mac address from all SSIDs except one SSID (where this MAC can connect) It looks SECURITY > AAA > Disabled Client feature is globaly for all SSIDs and as MAC filtering doesnt support wildcards its also not option.. .any other idea how to achieve this?? thanks

thanks for prompt answer.. the thing is we have situation that sometime hunt pilot number must be forwarded to mobile.. idea was fwd call on first memeber on hunt group.. so its cannot be done.. is there are way how to fwd hunt pilot number to mobile number???

Hello on CCUM 8.5 we have huntgroup and when hunt group meber forwards all his calls it doesnt work and call simply goes to next hunt group member.. is this default beheviour and its the way how to forward calls of hunt group member??? thans
