We are currently using 802.1x with EAP-TLS machine based authenctication and every cisco example has the IP address when you do a show authentication session interface command. Our's shows up as Unknown for the IP address. We authenticate through ACS 4.0 and I can't find anything from cisco on how to have the switch retrieve the IP. Is this a configuration issue or is there a feature we are not using?

WS-C3650-48PS running IOS version 16.6.3- showing same problem. No IP address learned. Is this only learned through Device Sensor?
