Hi,
We had D-link firewall and SIP phones used without any issue. Now we changed to Cisco ASA Firewall, I see there is call drops (Phone stops working) 2 or 3 times in a day and I end up using clear localhost after this command calls resumes as usual, this is effecting the business. Confirmed from VoIP service provider that no issues on their end.
I see lot of packet drops on ASA inside and outside interface.
What could be the issue and solution for it?
Please guide me
Thanks in Advance
Regards
Joe

hi,
are the ASA interfaces hardcoded to its correct speed and duplex settings? have you tried auto/auto?
