Please, I need to know how can I configure the availability for all my switches and routers that manage with CiscoWorks. I mean I need a report of uptime (uninterrupted time of operation).

Have you configured the collectors in IPM and just need help with the reports or want to configure IPM from scratch?
This is the user guide which details the steps to get IPM up and running. However if you have the HUM component with your Ciscoworks installation, I would recommend it over IPM for availability monitoring.
