IPS auto update "https://72.163.4.161//cgi-bin/front.x/ida/locator/locator.pl" not working, has it been changed?

with versions 7.0(8) and 7.1(6) try to use this link:

https://72.163.4.161//cgi-bin/front.x/ida/locator/locator.pl

with version  7.2(1), 7.3(1) use:

https://www.cisco.com//cgi-bin/front.x/ida/locator/locator.pl

If you need further information regarding the error please submit the output for the command "show statistics host" in the IPS/IDS console
