Hello,
I am using IPS Version 7.0(2)E4 and whenever i try to add a new device i get the error shown in the attached image.
I thought it might be something related to my Java version, but i updated it to the latest and the problem persists.
Any idea on what the problem is?
Thank you!
Fabienne.

It seems the self-signed certificate has expired. Please re-generate the key.
IPS# tls generate-key
You can verify the certificate state by issuing "show version" command from CLI and check the host certificate.

How can i retreive the log file?

IME has a cached version of the older certificate which seems to be causing the issue. Just edit the connection setting in IME, click Ok and connect. This should resolve the issue.

Hi Sawan,
It worked, i was able to add the devices, however, when i close the IME and reopen it, the devices disappear.

Looks like a bug with IME. You might want to call Cisco TAC and report this bug.
