IPS MC not able to query sensors

Greetings,

Running IPS mc on windows 2000 sp 4. I'm able to log on to the mc but when I try to query the sensor the web page comes up and tries to access the sensors but just hangs. rebooting sometimes helps, I have checked the services and they seem to all be running, the event log showed an error 560 on the causer account but when I checked the account, it was not loacked or disabled. Has anyone seen this error before? thanks!

Which IPS sersor version are you using

Try this:

1) Add you CSM server as a trusted host in the IPS sensor using the tls

tusted-host command.

2) Re-import the sensor in the IPS MC under Devices > Sensor > Re-Import and

try once again.
