IPS Module in promiscous mode showing Missed Packet critical

Dear All

I have an ips module (ASA5585-SSP-IPS20) in promiscous mode which shows Sensor health  missed packet critical sometimes and sometimes shows needs attention.All other parameters are normal in sensor health.This ips is connected to Serverfarm firewall. I have seen a blog saying about BUG in 7.1 (6) E4 ,so i upgraded to 7.1 (7) E4.Still issue remains same.Is this a normal behaviour of IPS or need to do some action.

Threshold setting for missed packet  is yellow threshold : 1% and red threshold : 6% which is the default setting. Do i need to change this as i can see the missed packet percentage  is upto 25% max.

I have the same model IPS in internet segment as inline which works without any issues.

Any help is appreciated..

Could you post the output of the following from the IPS CLI?

sh stat virt

sh stat host

sh stat anal

Reloaded the IPS module alone worked for me..
