IPS signatures update problems with CSM

Starting from 17 Jan 2013 CSM unnable to dowload the new signatures for IPS.

Do anybody knew about he reasons.

Hi,

i have the same problem. My CSM 3.3.1 is also unable to download the signatures since 17 Jan 2013.

I get the message 'Unable to communicate with locator service to retrieve available files' when i push the button 'Check for Updates'.

This is a bug. Problem with certeficate. Workaround exist also.

I am facing the same issue and when I follow the details given for this bug http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCue16970 another problem comes like unable to login in to CSM with error "you don't have permission to access /cwhp/LiaisonServlet on this server"

Pls suggest
