Hi, i have had two cisco asa 5505 and have heard cisco is phasing them out.One i gave to my cisco training center Networkers Zone (http://networkerszone.com/) , while i was doing CCSP training in delhi and if anyone interested in second .. please let me know.

There's been no announcement regarding the 5505 being discontinued. However you will notice that the new 5500 X series (announced this past spring) does not include a replacement for the 5505. I would not be surprised to see a replacement for that product announced within the next year.
Whenever the 5505 end-of-sales is annnounced, Cisco will typically continue support for 3-4 years beyond that date.

Hi Naval,
there has not been any announcement for phasing out Cisco ASA 5505, it is not in the pipeline as of now. But if you want to work on the new ASA models, that should definitely help you and give you an edge in the longer run.
